Hannah discusses her experience of donating a kidney, her triathlon training and events and how she regained full fitness following the donation.
You don’t have to know someone in need of a kidney to donate, you can become an altruistic donor. Please also make sure you share your wishes on organ donation with your loved ones so its clear as to what you’d like to happen with your organs. The conversation could lead to lives being saved one day.
