World's second man dies weeks after receiving pig heart transplant

Laurence Fauset, who underwent a pig heart transplant at the University of Maryland School of Medicine last month, has passed away.

Mr Fawcett, 58, had been dying of heart failure before undergoing transplant surgery on September 20 and doctors had told him he was ineligible for a human heart transplant due to other health conditions.
