The timeline for delivery of Ennis' satellite hemodialysis unit is filled with further delays.
In May, the government confirmed that kidney care providers had been identified and was in a position to provide services towards the end of next year.
However, in response to Rita McInerney, Councillor of Doonbeg Fianna Fáil, which HSE clarified at its latest Community Health Forum West Conference, the service is not expected to run until the second quarter of 2026.
